Hop heads rejoice! If you love IPAs, this is one event you don’t want to miss! On April 19 and 20, Mraz Brewing Company will be hosting our first-ever Hop Haze 2-Day IPA Fest at our El Dorado Hills tasting room. We’ll be serving up 8 different IPAs, special taster sets and some amazing eats over the festive 4/20 weekend.
From floral to fruity to piney to grassy to spicy, we’ll be throwing so many varieties of hops at your palate, it won’t take you long to see why we called this the Hop Haze festival. This will also be the only time all year you’ll get to try all of our seasonal IPAs back to back to back to back.

THE BEERS
G’Day IPA – A session IPA brewed entirely with New Zealand and Australian hops (Nelson Sauvin, Galaxy & Mouteka) that deliver a wonderful stone-fruit aroma and a taste that can turn any day into a G’Day!
Summer from Down Under IPA - Our seasonal "Summer IPA" dry hopped with a “bloody good dose” of Australian Nelson Sauvin hops mate!
Belgian IPA – Crafted in a more traditional style of Belgian pale ales and dry hopped with Styrian Goldings and Magnum hops, our Belgian IPA delivers the perfect balance of malt and spice.
EDH Imperial IPA - An Imperial IPA brewed with heaps of El Dorado hops and a new experimental hop 5256. We finish with just a pinch of Citra for the final dry hop. Who cares about the malts in this beer, it’s all about the hops!
Spring IPA – All the classic hops in this one! Cascade, Centennial and Chinook take you back to the good ol’ days.
Summer IPA - Light in color with just a hint of candy flavor from the light malts, our summer seasonal is an extremely drinkable IPA with an amazing aroma from the large amount of Centennial used for the dry hop.
Fall IPA - Auburn in color with a light toastiness to the flavor, we throw in large amounts of Cascade hops at the end of the boil and dry hop this autumnal IPA to produce a nice, smooth bitterness and aroma perfectly suited to the season.
Winter IPA – Light on the specialty malts and big on the aroma! By far the most fragrant of our four seasonals, the Winter IPA balances a firm bitterness with an intoxicating tropical fruit aroma from a blend of El Dorado, Nelson Sauvin and Mosaic Hops.

THE FOOD
Saturday: HHH BBQ will be at the brewery early Saturday morning smokin’ up succulent 2-pound turkey legs for $10 from 2 p.m. – 8 p.m.
Sunday: North Border Taco truck will be serving a 4/20 feast of authentic, mouthwatering Mexican food from 1 p.m. – 4 p.m.
